Welcome to Season 2 of ‚Pioneer Spirit & Mainstream Thoughts‘ podcast. 

This podcast is about transformational leadership/entrepreneurship, communication, and co-creation. 

In this episode, Stephanie is having a conversation with Dorothy Zablah - Experiential learning designer and consultant for systemic change.

  • Rituals as medicine – How rituals can support us through difficult times (in this conversation referring e.g. to the war in Gaza)
  • How practicing rituals is our birthright and we all get to define how we do it and what feels right for us 
  • The history that has shaped rituals today - how some rituals were eliminated in the past as a result of colonialism and patriarchy 
  • How each one of us can find our own way of practicing rituals

Dorothy Zablah is a Mexican woman with Palestinian and Lebanese roots. She is a facilitator & learning designer, a reclaimer of ritual, and a systemic change consultant. She is the co-founder of Mycelium Lab, an agency that weaves biomimicry, indigenous wisdom, unlearning & systemic change. Their work supports organizations finding new solutions to the complex societal issues of our time.

Stephanie Bachmair is the founder of B.ONFIRE. She is also a process work diplomate and executive coach/facilitator. Stephanie is working in the organizational field with a focus on transformational leadership. She is communication passionate, is researching and lecturing Transformational Storytelling, and is a change catalyst thanks to her process work facilitation skills.
